HWE is an amateur brass band based on and mainly performing in Nerima-ku, Tokyo.
This band consists of people who have feelings such as "I like music and brass band!",
"I want to play happily ♪" and "I want to continue playing an instrument!"
and enjoy brass band music at homely atmosphere.
